| Kristine Martin, Director of Human Resources |
Kristy became the Director of Human Resources at Sparc in May
of 2005. She began her career in HR as a recruiter, which
eventually led her to be the HR Manger for a manufacturing
company in Chicago. After Chicago Kristy traveled to Dallas, TX
where she served as HR manager for Hilton Reservations
Worldwide focusing on recruiting, employee relations and training.
Kristy is a Springfield native and graduate from Springfield High
School. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University
of Iowa. She likes to travel, play tennis and enjoys spending time
with her two children.
